With all the diversity she has enjoyed in her real estate career, Shawna took it to the next level and opened her own real estate company, Poppy Realty, in 2016. Shawna earned her bachelor's degree in political science with an emphasis on pre-law. Born in Palo Alto, California, Shawna has been a Bay Area native and resident for more than 40 years. She serves clients throughout Alameda, Contra Costa and Santa Clara Counties, focusing on residential real estate and specializes in foreclosures, short sales and multi-family homes. Since 2008, she has sold more than 300 properties - over $50 million in sales volume.
In her spare time, Shawna enjoys getting outside into nature, photography, digital crafting and gardening. She has an amazing daughter and just loves being a mom. She's also involved with Go Red for Women – Heart Disease Awareness, One Warm Coat and Lustgarten’s pancreatic cancer research.
